  • Specify which plugins to enable. Defaults to $ALL$.
  • Worker count
  • Session name
  • API keys
  • Storage location (useful for having multiple, isolated storages!)

This file should be loaded from the HOME directory. And since there is going to be API keys in it, it should exist. All other options should be optional.
