Just dropping some ideas here.

.info would display all the information available for a certain message, its user, potentially the reply or forward info (maybe a minimal version showing exact forward date, edit, etc. would be enough?). Also showing information about inline buttons and such.
.sticker <query> would let you search for common stickers with some text that can recognise them (for instance, "ah so it's like that, huh" sticker for the one of Pop Team Epic).
.wallpaper generates a new random wallpaper. Because why not (this might be too useless).
.eval runs arbitrary code (or probably a .mtp command instead)
.update runs git pull and reloads modified plugins

Admins shall feel free to un/tick checkboxes and edit the comment to add new ones.
